Modern Double room available now to rent just off Donegall Road. The house has three bedrooms, but only two are occupied, the third is a spare for guests. Lovely view of Black Mountain out of the back of the house. You'll be sharing with a PhD student at Queen's, and if you arrive before September, a German bloke working in recruitment. Usually share basic things like milk and bread, and like to share the cooking.

10 minutes walk to University Area, 20 minutes walk to city centre, and very close to Westlink for getting away to the beautiful countryside.

On-street parking available outside, and space for bicycles inside.

We don't have a TV! But we do have some lovely speakers, a broken projector and paintings to look at on the wall.

Smoking outside, not inside. Landlord is happy to have one cat or dog.
