*Short term double room in lovely houseshare

The property is located off the Ormeau road close to the Errigle Inn and a host of other amenities such as cafes restaurants and shops. The walk into the city centre takes half an hour or so. There is a bus stop right at the end of the street with regular buses into town.

Room is a good size, light and bright with a queen size double. Fully furnished with double bed, hanging space, shelving, chest of drawers, bed side table and space for under bed storage.

There is a bright and spacious living room to the front of the property with plenty of seating. There is also a second living/dining room with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. The property also benefits from a small yard to the rear and a shed offering further storage space.

The large bathroom on the first return is clean and modern with a good shower. The heating is gas.

A little about us: we're both working in the city centre in fairly demanding jobs but we also like to make time to see friends and have a laugh. We like to keep a tidy house and all do our bit in any given month. I am looking for someone similar who likes to live in homely, clean and comfortable surroundings, enjoys good conversation, comedy and the odd dinner together (drinks optional!) and the occasional trip to the pub.
