The house has a small backyard big enough for a BBQ on a sunny day. The living room and the kitchen are very spacious and completely furnished (the kitchen has just been replaced). It is a very warm house with double-glazed windows and gas central heating.
Current housemates all work during the week. We are all very easy-going and like to socialize at the weekends.
We are looking ideally for a young professional with similar interests.
