Sharing with 3 other young professionals. The house is just off Lisburn road and is convenient to city centre and Queens. The kitchen and interior is very modern, the house only 4 years old. Bedroom includes double bed, large wardrobe with 2 drawers and a small chest drawer/side table. Kitchen includes fan oven with gas hobs, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Gas heating. Electric paid by bills. Broadband £11 per month.

Must also be a professional (preferably young) who is clean, tidy and willing to do their share of housework when required. Rent is £250 (most likely rolling, tbc) with an upfront deposit of £250.

Available for viewings after 6. 30pm most evenings and weekends. Give me a holler anytime and we’ll arrange something. The house will be officially available from the 3rd October, but it may be possible to move in by the 28th of September if required (additional, discounted weeks rent required). Rent is paid on the 4th every month.
