Double room for rent (friendly house)

Hi, I have room for rent, in lovely house, in Gregagh road. In house lives one female 23y and male 29y. All bils included ( + chemicals also ). Person must be clean (that very important thing,) respectfully and likes cats, we have one.:) Living with equally creative types would be a bonus! As we are photographer, and make up artist..)
