Hello.

One bedroom available for female in 2 bedroom house near Lisburn Road (Runnymede Parade). Walking distance to city centre (approximately 30 minutes), but possibility to take a bus (bus stop 9A, 9B - Lisburn Road, just 5 minutes from house). Tesco just 10 minutes from house.

There is kitchen and livingroom downstairs, upstairs bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one is mine, the second one is the one which is offered). In this bedroom there is small double bed, drawers, wardrobe.
Oil heating.

I live in the second room - female student, 21 years old.

Rent is £190 per month + electricity (approximately £20 per month) + Internet £14.
