Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I have to move home so need someone to take over the lease which is up on 1st October 2015 and so you would be required to take over the contract with the Estate Agent. Room is available immediately. Deposit 425.

My flatmate is a 26 year old professional female who has recently relocated to Belfast for work. She is clean, outgoing, sociably and friendly – I will be sad to leave her. She works shifts so I tend to have the place to myself a good part of the time.

The full rent is £850 and we both pay £425 each. The apartment comes with an underground car parking space if required. Bills are on a pay as you go basis and are working out £20 each per month. Wifi is £7 per month.
