My lovely current tenant has just handed in their notice unexpectedly so I have been forced to put this up for sale and seek a short term tenant / house sitter to pay the mortgage just until sold.

Rent includes electricity, gas, rates, etc. In return you will need to keep the place in good condition and allow myself and estate agent access as required. I have advised the estate agent that any sale would have a 2 month completion date from any agreement of sale to give you some notice.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off the popular Castlereagh Road.

This house is detached and has a garage and HUGE garden!

I will require references before agreeing tenancy.
