Large double bedroom available in a three bedroom house on Stranmillis from the 1st of March onwards. The house is shared with two other female professionals and is kept very neat and tidy. It’s not a party house although we have quiet evenings with friends around for dinner and drinks on occasion. The house has all the modern cons and the oil is already paid for to last till September when the contract ends and can be renewed. The rent is £200 per month (one month’s deposit will be required) and bills are shared. They usually come up to £30-40 a month (internet, electricity, heating). We’re 10 minutes away from Queen’s and close to a number of restaurants and shops. There is a regular bus service to the City centre although it is a short 20 minute walk for those who fancy it! We are looking for a female tenant - postgraduate student or professional who is looking to live in a quiet, congenial atmosphere.
