Very light, spacious room with view on Blackmount

The house is located in a quite area of Belfast, with a bus stop in front of the house. It has a big terrace and garden, small patch of grass in the front where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun.
The room is one of two bedrooms. It has a perfect size for two people - but its necessary to get along well!
I wont be home most of the day, since I'm a quite dedicated student of ceramics and silversmithing/ jewellery at Ulster University. So the evenings I prefer to take it rather easy.
I would like to have common dinners, though or nice coffee talks on a Sunday afternoon.
Also you should know, that I'll be leaving Belfast in May (beginning or end) - so the house would be all yours! :)
