Double room with built in wardrobes for £300pm. The single is £250pm. The rooms are a nice size. The house is really nice as well, on the outskirts of town so we're surrounded by green. Its a mixed house and we're all professionals but don't mind students if you're interested in the house. There's parking and a large living room and a dining room. Although the dining room is doubling as just a spare room at the moment.
