Nice clean house, well maintained and comfortable. Large totally private garden for summer bbq's and sitting out. Just a few minutes to park with outside exercise machines and cycle path. 5 minutes from City Airport if you travel in and out of the city for business, its a perfect location. Parking outside house and large storage shed at enclosed back garden.
Have been living alone for a few years and would like to have some company when I am about which is really only a few evenings in the week. I am away a lot at weekends.
I work professionally and am quite easy to get on with as long as you are clean and tidy not a party animal or disrespectful in the house.
Prefer someone stable and mature not student type. If you have pets sorry, I am not keen on animals in the house. Have rented in the past to a wonderful mature Spainish girl who came here to study for a few months and it worked very well, so trying again to hopefully rent to someone with similar character and respect.
