Cosy double room in sought after area

I'm having to move out of this apartment due to a change in family circumstances which means I have to move back home. I personally love the apartment but have to move.

It's a minutes walk from various shops, fast food places, restaurants, bars, off license, and a chemist as it's on the Lisburn road. I'm at Queens and it takes me little over five minutes to walk to the Lanyon from the house.

The room has a really big double wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a double bed, desk, chair and small unit or tv stand as I've used it.

The girls are lovely, down to earth, tidy and have become great friends after only meeting them when I moved in in September. Both are at Uni, one in her final year at jordanstown and the other doing a one year masters at queens. They're socialable girls and enjoy a night out but Uni has become a priority this year.

Bills: internet, gas and electricity are all split three ways.

I have to be back in Derry and moved into another place by the end of this month so the place is available within the next week if necessary, I just need enough time to move my stuff out and down to Derry.
