One double room to rent off the Ormeau Road

The house is a newly decorated terrace located on Haypark Avenue just off the Ormeau Road. All appliances are new. It is a quiet street that is convenient for local shops and pubs. Approximately 15 minutes’ walk to Queen’s and 20 minutes’ walk to the city centre. The room has a double bed and is fully furnished. The house contains 2 bathrooms and 2 showers, front room, large kitchen and separate dining area. Kitchen contains all mod-cons; electric cooker, electric hob, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. The house has gas central heating.

The rent is £220 per month excluding bills. Bills are approximately; electricity (£10), gas (£25 pm) and internet (£6 pm). A deposit of £220 is required. No contract necessary.

You will be sharing with myself, Daniel and one other housemate, Shane. We are both Irish and 30 year old working professionals. We are both easy going and sociable. We would be interested a similar minded person moving in.

The room is available at the end of June/start of July.
