The house is modern with lots of space and a nice back yard, extremely central location (15 mins walk to town & 5 mins walk to Central Station). The other tenant is a young professional, goes away every weekend so you would have the house to yourself a lot. Rent includes, electric, council tax, gas, high speed broad band internet, water and a cleaner. Looking for someone who is fairly relaxed, tidy, is respectable of the house and their other flatmates.
