There is Large 5g broadband wireless internet & monthly cleaning of communal areas which are inclusive with rent.
Utilities : Gas & electricity are the only additional costs, they total approximately £50 /per person (winter)There is a fully equipped kitchen including machine, microwave double oven , utensils, etc.
There is one bathroom and 2 toilets within the house.
Also, a small rear yard which is suitable for parking bicycles.
The house is a 25 minute brisk walk to the city center.
