Utilities : Gas & electricity are the only additional costs, they total approximately £50 /per person (winter) p. m. There is a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, microwave double oven , utensils, etc.
There is one bath room and 2 toilets within the house.
Also, a small rear yard which is suitable for parking bicycles.
The house is situated close to the busy Lisburn Road with shops, restaurants, bars and bus routes.
