Bright double room with large balcony, fully furnished, sharing in three bedroom apartment with two young professional females in their late twenties.

The spacious, modern apartment has all mod cons including secure parking, internet and gas heating. All bills are split 3 ways. Internet is £6 per month each, electricity is per quarter and roughly £25 each and gas is on a prepaid meter and roughly £10 a month each.

Housemates are clean and tidy. Both work 9-5 hours. Hobbies include running, eating out, cinema, music, t. v. shopping, and are generally easygoing. We would socialise and go for drinks/ dinner the odd weekend or go home.
