Final Year Student With Double Room To Let

I am a final year student at QUB and I have a two bedroom house. I am looking for a house mate to share with.

The house is in the Village and only a 10 min walk to the MBC or 15/20min walk to the main university area. This is a quiet and friendly area despite being so close to the university. The house will be fully furnished with new flooring throughout, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, bath and shower and double beds. Downstairs there is an open plan living area and bathroom while the two bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a good sized patio area at the back of the house with plenty of room to store a bicycle if you wish.

I am a happy and bubbly person who would be easy to live with. I am clean and tidy and I like to go out once or twice a week so this would not be a party house!
