The house is located two minutes walk from local services and 15 minutes walk from queens university and 20 minutes walk into town.

there is a shared bath room, living room, dinning room and kitchen. There is also a back yard.

The current tenants pay the electric bill by card as and when they need it. They also collectively purchase oil as and when needed during the winter months.
