2 spare double rooms

I currently have two spare rooms as I have dropped out of university and as have my house mate. The rooms have been kept in great condition and have all been clean prior to us leaving. The house is in very good condition nice and clean and bright. The house tenants are very friendly and easy to get along with and also clean. The rooms have a wardrobe in them. The house is 200 pm and is only around the corner of the university and 10 mins away from city centre
