Renting out my room, which has a lovely view of the mountain out the back. Small garden in a peaceful area with bus transport to the city centre. If you have a friend who wants the other room or a couple you can rent the whole property.

I am friendly and easy to get on with, just at the moment I might be travelling to and from England for health reasons, until the 26th of August.

I'm quite flexible and if you have certain needs just ask me and we can negotiate.

Quick points:

*I am afraid I can't accept DSS for now, but maybe in the future I can.
*If you are interested in renting the whole house just let me know
*Room would suit someone seeking a quiet place.
*No parties / smoking in the house. It's a quiet area.
*I prefer references and you will have to pay each month in advance plus a deposit to be discerned.
*Second room currently has a single bed but is a double in size. Can arrange for a double bed to be brought here.
*From 26th of August 6 Month + leases only (whole house, or shared)
