There is plenty of on street parking in the area on both sides of the street. I have never had to park more than 10 metres away from the house. There are plenty of shops located in the immediate vicinity and the area has a regular bus service to Belfast city centre (every 7-20 mins depending on the time of day). Walking to Belfast City centre takes approximately 25-30mins.

There are 4 other tenants in the house. It is a mixture of professionals and postgraduate students. Please be aware that it is a quiet house and no parties will be tolerated.

The lease would be for a minimum of 7 months (or up until Jan 31st 2017). Rent is £290 per month and this includes bills.
