Call up for a cuppa :)

So!

My best friend is moving away and we're looking for someone to take her place. The house is really big with big beautiful garden and we feel that we'd like to welcome someone into our circle. We are both hard working professionals and spend time being active, usually busy road tripping, loving life, filling our free times with adventures and doing things on a whim:) we are looking for someone who is easy to get along with, respectful, tidy and doesn't take themselves too seriously. The house itself is a new built, with nearly everything brand new. It's warm and cosy in the winter and has a stunning decking with garden furniture, bbq and a fire pit to be enjoyed when the weather is good.

The bedroom is a large double and is fully furnished with shared bathroom.

I would not make you sign a minimum contract, 30 days notice does me!

We are located 30 mins away by the bus from the city centre. The bus leaves from the shop which is 3 mins down the road. So yeah, bus, well equipped shop (with excellent chocolate ice cream), great hairdressers, sunbeds (if you like) and pharmacy all on our doorstep.
