En-suite room in Belfast City Centre

Single-sized bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and own bathroom in a 2-bedroom modern flat in Belfast City Centre. The room is also supplied with a desk, a small chest of drawers, pillows and bedlinen.

I, the landlord, live in the flat; I'm a professional working 9-5 Mon-Fri, maximum of 2 days per week working from home.

The rate includes all bills, i. e. electricity, heating, fiber optic broadband.

I'm looking for a clean and respectful flatmate, preferably a professional, who will take care of keeping his room and bathroom clean, and clean after him/herself in the house.

Preference is for longer stays, i. e. at least 6 months, which the price is for.
