**Modern Room to rent near City Hospital

I have a nice double room to rent in a modern, warm and cosy house to suit a young professional. I like to keep a neat and tidy house so someone who shares the same habits is a must. I currently work Monday to Friday as a Physiotherapist, I enjoy watching sport (Liverpool in soccer and Connacht in rugby). I'm originally from the south and I have been living in Belfast for about 4 years now. My fiancée calls over most weekends. I enjoy keeping fit, watching movies and the odd night out with friends at weekends. The house itself is well equipped with a washing machine and bills are shared but generally don't work out too expensive. There is a top up meter for gas and electricity which is really handy. The broadband contract will need to be sorted out once you move in as the current contract will be up at that stage. There is a spar about 5 mins walk away as well as the city hospital train station.
