This property was renovated 4 years ago, and it's looking pretty good. Three double bedrooms. Two receptions and a kitchen arranged in open plan. Clutter-free space is probably the main selling point. Its semi-detached with off street parking for one car. Its just around two corners from Ravenhill rugby ground, one street away from the buzz of Ormeau Rd, and you can literally fall out the front door onto Ormeau golf course.
Its spacious, its warm, central heating is powered by a combination gas boiler (in the garage to rear).
No pets - unless they are really small and kept inside something e. g a fish, a turtle etc.
