Following one of our room mates moving out, we have a room available for rent.
The house has been recently renovated with a patio area which has been great during lockdown. Your room will be upstairs and there are 2 bathrooms, each with a gas shower and one with a bath.

Property comes with fully equipted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle & toaster. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans are also included; allowing you to move straight in without having to worry about a thing.

There is a bus stop and a train station less than a 5 minute walk from the house to get you out and about if you don't have a car. The neighbourhood is generally very quiet with lots of coffee shops and restaurants on the Lisburn Road if you enjoy heading out.
Broadband is covered and the electric and gas are pay as you go.
