Large detached house on quiet outskirts of Carrickfergus. Various combinations of rooms available to suit individuals or couples needs (price variations). There is a large double en-suite with ample built in wardrobes. Unfortunately the en-suite does not have a WC but a private downstairs WC can be made available. Also a large living-room with adjoining conservatory can be utilized as your own private space, if extra rooms are required. Spacious single room with fitted wardrobes and furniture included. There is plenty of private, outdoor garden space to avail of also. There is a large kitchen amply filled with appliances and cooking equipment. External there is a large detached garage with annex office accom providing additional storage if required. Private drive-way can accom several cars for off-street parking.

Combinations of useable rooms will be price negotiable - dependent upon requirement.

Carrickfergus town centre offers local shops, leisure center, cinema, bars & restaurants and travel links to Belfast City.

Preferably professional single or couple. I am a non-smoker, but smokers are welcome to use sheltered outside areas of the house.

I am single male, currently working in Belfast City and travel occasionally for work. I would frequently have weekends away.
