House in a quiet, central location close to all local amenities. Also less than 1 mile to the very picturesque marina complex which give access to restaurants, bars and cinema. Looking for an easy going person, who tidy up after themselves and respect the surroundings. Double room comes with own bathroom facilities (en suite shower room).

Easygoing house - I have a keen interest in most sports and am a member of my local rugby club. I like to relax in the evenings and at weekends tend to spend a bit of time watching and sometimes playing rugby.
House has all mod cons as expected. Large lounge, kitchen and dining area with a utility room off to the side of the kitchen area. Rear garden set in lawn with patio area. There is off-street parking at the front of the house should you require this.
