Large house with excellent views

Large house set in a good sized garden just out of Carrickfergus town. The room will be available until end of March 2020. The house is a 20 minute walk to the nearest train stop or minutes from a bus stop. Lots of room for parking. Shared kitchen and one shared social area. Hot water is always available thanks to the oil fired Aga. Ideally I'd like young professionals to take the room but consideration will be given on each persons merits. Currently its myself and one tenant. You would be expected to tidy up after yourself and keep noise to low levels after hours. There are two rooms available at present.
