I have a large, bright south-facing room available for immediate rent in a well-maintained three-bedroom house in one of the most desirable parts of Larne. The room comes fully furnished with a king-sized bed and matching furniture.

Located on a quiet mountainside with stunning views over the lough

Countryside setting, but just a 5-minute walk to the town centre

Also 5 minutes to the local bus and train stations

20–30 minute drive into Belfast

Spacious back garden (south-facing — absolutely roasting in the summer!)

About Me:
I’m a live-in landlord, though I’m rarely at the property. I live across the lough and mainly use the house during the week to spend time with my 10-year-old daughter for football and swimming. Most weekends, we stay in Bangor.

The house has recently been decorated to a high standard, and while a few finishing touches remain (like hanging doors and skirting boards, and wallpapering the hallway), I’ll be taking care of those myself as time allows.

What I’m Looking For:
I’m open-minded about who rents the room — I simply ask that you’re respectful and take care of the home.

Extras:
A fantastic housekeeper comes by twice a month (this is not included in the rent). Gas bills are also separate, though usage is minimal as I'm rarely there.
