About Me:
I’m a live-in landlord, though I’m rarely at the property. I live across the lough and mainly use the house during the week to spend time with my 10-year-old daughter for football and swimming. Most weekends, we stay in Bangor.
The house has recently been decorated to a high standard, and while a few finishing touches remain (like hanging doors and skirting boards, and wallpapering the hallway), I’ll be taking care of those myself as time allows.
What I’m Looking For:
I’m open-minded about who rents the room — I simply ask that you’re respectful and take care of the home.
Extras:
A fantastic housekeeper comes by twice a month (this is not included in the rent). Gas bills are also separate, though usage is minimal as I'm rarely there.
