Quiet gay guy offering a furnished double room. My home is very clean & tidy. Room is available from 22/9 but might become vacant sooner...(I've actually a choice of two rooms available)
I'm ideally looking for another quiet guy to move in
I've a chilled out, VERY CLEAN & TIDY home.
Rent includes reasonable bills but a small contribution towards oil during winter months will be needed...
Bills incl & regular bed linen changes & general housekeeping etc (ie if ok with you...I polish & vacuum the rooms & change the bed linen every 2 weeks or so....(If you'd prefer to do your own, that's ok)
Fully stocked kitchen
Washing machine & dryer available
Please be tidy & courteous... Happy to consider a lodger who only requires a room a few nights each week
I've a one year old cat called Jasper (in case of allergies)
The house is:
10 min walk to Lagan Valley hospital
10 min walk to Lisburn centre
5 min walk to Sprucefield
20-30 min bus ride to the new Central Station in Belfast from Sprucefield
I do not smoke but have set up smoking area in garage for visitors...
I don't drink alcohol myself & have been sober many years...I would ideally prefer an alcohol free home but have had lodgers who drank occasionally in the past...
