2 Newly decorated and furnished double rooms.

Hi folks, I have two newly decorated double rooms for professional working people. The rooms are in the first floor and the third bedroom upstairs is a TV room.

We live downstairs.

Its a largish recently refurbed 1930's semi detached house with its own driveway and garden. Has a new kitchen and bathroom fitted with a power shower. WiFi and all your bills are included. There's a new 42" TV in each room, new carpet, a wardrobe and a new chest of drawers. The bed is a Silentnight mattress with two sets of new high quality brushed cotton fabric, 4 pillows and a new duvet specifically for each room.

There is also space for your car to park in the driveway.

I don't have any fixed ideas on who can come here except that they be in full time daytime employment and hold good standards in their lives.

It's a lovely, warm and cozy room in a good house. We look forward to genuine enquiries from good people with a positive outlook in life.

Please note, ad remains up until an agreement is made. No room is rented without a viewing.

If your partner comes to visit thats great.

I dont however house couples as they should be capable of housing themselves in fairness.
