I am looking for a flatmate , someone who works full time and is clean and I can trust to help keep the flat clean and pay rent on time etc you will have access to a shared living room , your own part furnished double room , the rest of the flat is fully furnished , WiFi , a shared bathroom with an electric shower , fully equipped kitchen with washing machine , cooker etc a big back garden , front garden and a drive way for those who drive , there is also a spare room for family and friends to stay in , the landlord is a chilled guy and very easy to work with as well and I am easy going myself so give me a mail on this ad or text my number if you’d like more details it’s a good deal here rent wise etc and it’s in a quiet area with good links to transport and shops
