Lovely and cosy room

The room has a double bed. (Must have our own bedding.) Room is only for 1 person. You can see beautiful views of Belfast mountains from your bedroom windows, the area is quiet, with nice neighbourhood. Lisburn city centre is walking distance and is very close to Belfast by car. 5 minutes away is the Lagan Towpath, beautiful location for daily walks. There are shops in the area as well. There's room to park your car, and bus stops available within few minutes on foot. The kitchen has everything you might need. Utensils, plates, cups, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer. Washing machine, tumble dryer. Tumble dryer can be used at any time, for wet coats/clothes as I wouldn't like wet clothes going on radiators. One bathroom and one living room, which would be shared. Also, you'd need to have your own towels. Also, no candles or any other burning scented sticks as it cause a fire. I've a dog and a cat, the dog is very quiet and a little bit shy around people, he'd never bother you. The cat is friendly and can be shy at times. No parties allowed and I don't do parties myself either. But I ejoy going out from time to time. The person must be tidy, respectful, responsible and friendly. Only non smoker. Must be responsible and be able to keep to recycling.
