Room To Rent In 4 Bedroom Detatched House

Room to let in a nice 4 bedroom detatched house. I am looking for someone to rent a room in my home. I have 2 double spare rooms and 1 single spare room. The rent is including bills such as heating, electric and wifi. The bedroom would have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a tv. The bus stop to lisburn and belfast is literally 100yards from the house, and the buses are quite regular to and from lisburn and belfast and surrounding areas. There is also a private driveway which can be used if you have a car. I am very easy going and laid back. I dont mind if the person renting has a guest round and would want someone to feel at home. There is also a shower room, as well as a bathroom with bath etc. And a downstairs toilet. There are 2 living rooms too. If interested please get in contact.
