Single Furnished Room

Single room available in shared 3 bedroom house in quiet rural area convenient to lisburn, belfast, antrim, lurgan and portadown. Room is furnished and includes bed linen and towels. Price includes heating, electricity, unlimited broadband, basic sky tv package and cleaning lady once per week. I have 2 small dogs that live in the house. This room is available again from the 1st of February 2019. There is off street parking and car would probably be required as the public transport to this area is not great. No deposit is required, however rent is to be paid the day of moving in for the month ahead and same date each month after that.
