Dbl furn room in eco village lisburn

Hey,

I am looking to find a housemate for my house. The room is big with a walk in wardrobe, bed and shelves.
There is loads of parking around, on street and in a carpark.

The house is 4 years old, nice and modern. I have furnished everything, sofas, tvs, washing machines etc.
In the price includes all bills, wifi etc. Only thing is we can split elec and gas (£20 a month roughly).

House has a back garden, which i am getting ready for bbq season.

Its so easy to get to Belfast, Craigavon, Dublin etc from the property.

There is a bus stop beside property that takes you to Lisburn City centre, train and bus station.
