Close to UUJ, train station and bus stops

I'm Kelly and I am looking for someone to let my spare double room. I am friendly and good company if that's what you like, if prefer privacy I respect that, or even a mix of the two. I have a chocolate lab, a year old who stays with me at the weekends only. I live in Newtownabbey, close to Jordanstown by train/car, 5 mins walk to whiteabbey hospital and right beside a bus stop into Belfast. I am looking for someone friendly who enjoys company. Must be dog friendly. Fast virgin media broadband included, split heating and electric payments.
