Quiet neighbourhood, close to Bus transport links into the citycentre. Close to the Sandyknowes Roundabout, with on street Parking if you have a car. Professional tenants preferred, 2 months minimum. Longer term rental possible with the right person. Non smoker, no pets, no parties. Fully furnished room with bedding included, with your own room key. Tenant is responsable for cleaning and will be charged for any damage. Contract to sign and work references. Includes access to a large spacious living room & kitchen on the ground floor. WiFi, Freeview box (old Scart TV) & HiFi, large fridge, cooker, washing machine and drier. Gas heating, shower & bath. Owner sometimes absent for work.

The house rules - no over night visitors, no smoking, no loud noise, to be respectful of each other and of the property, as well as keeping the place tidy.

£350 per month, £50 to cover the bills.
