Large double room available to rent in a spacious flat. Looking for short term rentals initially to see how it fits in with my circumstances (would be open to longer rental if it works). I am a 46 year old with a son who stays with me on my days off work.
The room has 2 double wardrobes and a king size bed (no tv but use of living room ok). The flat has a bathroom which you will have main use of as I have a separate en-suite. All bills except gas for heating are included, this will be split.
