Description
Hey everyone!
I have a double room available from the 14th of September!
About the house🏠
I rented this house unfurnished in May this year. The rent is £425 per month due on the 14th of each month, utility bills come to around £65 each per month for Gas, Electric and broadband, this is additional on top of the rent.
The house has a decent sized living room which I have furnished already, a nice sized dining room (which I haven’t got a table for yet lol), and a lovely kitchen.
Upstairs there’s 3 bedrooms, mine, the room available (I currently have a desk in here which is very large and makes the room look smaller than it is lol, but it will be moved), and a box room which is used as a dressing room kind of thing (I’ll be moving my desk in here). You’re also welcome to use the spare room as a dressing room, I have a small chest of drawers I’m happy to give, and I currently just have a clothes rail of my own in there, we can arrange getting another one or a larger wardrobe.
The house was completely refurbished when I moved in, absolutely everything is brand new, including all the furniture I’ve bought for the house’s communal areas.
About me:
I’m 28, I recently moved back to NI from Manchester in May where I lived for 6 years in total. I work for the UK civil service so I do travel back and forward to London at least a couple of days a month as well as go to the office in Belfast once a week or so. I like to keep the house clean especially in communal spaces. I’m very outgoing and enjoy having a good laugh, happy to hang out as well as have our own space.
Charlie🐶
Charlie is my 1 year old blue staffy. He’s a little cuddle monster, obsessed with getting kisses and hugs, and loves people and attention. He’s absolutely adorable and super loveable❤️
About you:
Ideally I’d like someone outgoing to live with, I’d hate to have an awkward just passing eachother in the house scenario.
The landlord would be keen on someone in full time employment, I don’t think he would accept any students unfortunately.
The landlord will also want to complete the normal checks before moving in.
I don’t mind living with a girl or guy as long as you’re clean and tidy up after yourself.
No couples, fine with people staying over and visiting etc as long as it’s not constant but I don’t want to live with anymore than 1 person on a full time basis lol.
If you’re interested please get in touch! We can get together for a coffee or something and see if it’s a good fit.
Thanks!
