Looking for someone friendly, tidy, respectful and social.
The kitchen, bathroom and living room areas are shared. You will share the house with myself and my border collie dog. (She is quite old and sleeps a lot!).
The rent includes some bills including rates, TV & Internet. Electricity and heating will be split between housemates.
Based just across the road from Valley Park / Leisure Centre, the house is ideally located with great transport links: bus route into Belfast & 5 min drive to Whiteabbey train station.
Tesco, Lidl and M & S are also a 10min walk.
