Double room in Newtownabbey

Hi, I’m Claire and I’m renting out a room in the house. All areas will be open to you, although I use the office as I’m a therapist and work remotely. From home a lot, but I also travel a good bit and work from other places. So you would have the house to yourself a good bit. But at other times I’ll be around a lot :)

Actually this is a step towards me downsizing to possible van life but I won’t be doing that for around a year so the lease can be short term for you or up to a year. Possibly longer if needed but we could talk closer to that time.

I’m looking to share with someone who works full time preferably and who is social enough so we could get to know each other.

I love yoga, exercising and hiking so you’re more than welcome to become a friend or if you’re wanting a more detached set up; that’s also ok as I respect boundaries and understand the need for your home to be a safe haven and quiet place.

The house in on the main bus routes to Belfast, and there’s a train line very close too.

Large kitchen & dining area, large living room with huge smart tv, wifi, downstairs toilet, recently refurbished bathroom with bath and shower, large back garden and also a front garden: oh and there’s a driveway for 2 cars :)

Electric and gas (only utilities except for wifi) are pay as you go metre so very easy to track and pay as we are using. Gas heating.
