House to Share Newtonabbey :)

Hi There

I have a double room to rent in a house I am currently renting myself.

The Rent was initially £320. 00 per month which INCLUDES UTILITIES & is made up of £282. 00 (half rent) / £18. 00 (half TV & Internet Bill) and £20. 00 (Approx. half electric depending on what extra is needed it is a top card.

Rent, however, does not include oil. I topped up the oil with 400 litres in December 16th.

I would love to share with someone whom is personable and approachable. I am very easy going myself and do not mind if you have guests over/ staying over etc as long as the house is respected. My boyfriend sometimes stays.

I would be the primary tennant as I have completed a lot of work in this house to make it modern :) I have also paid the full deposit.

However, I am looking to share the house not just rent a room so you will feel right at home :)
