A comfortable house, with gas-fired central heating, it is a 3 bedroomed semi-detached house (2 double + 1 single) located in a private development just off the Glenville Road, in the Jordanstown/Whiteabbey area. Bedroom 1 is presently occupied by the English owner and his Filipina wife.

Bedroom 3, a single, is available to professionals, medical staff and post-grad students. The rental price will increase for shorter-term lets.

The room measures approximately 3.50 x 2.20 metres, and is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, built-in desk and further wardrobe and storage, with swivel chair. Bedding is supplied, but not towels.

The room is also equipped with a 32" HD TV and Freeview service.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.

Shared facilities include the bathroom (hot water 24/7); fully equipped kitchen; furnished dining area with table for 6 diners; and a driveway which comfortably accommodates three cars with shunting, or two without.

The house is a brisk and scenic 20 minute walk along the Shore Road to the University campus at Jordonstown, or a 10 minute drive to Belfast City Centre.

Just a 7 minute walk to city-bound bus stop, 15 minute walk to mainline station, and a 7 minute walk to various recreational walks, or jogging/cycling paths along the Belfast Loughshore.

Also a 10 minute walk away is the village with its local pub; two Indian Restaurants; local Spar shop; Off Licence; bookies, and a chippy. There is also the excellent Bureau by the Lough, bar/bistro with an excellent food menu.
