Spacious room(s) to let in house off Upper Ormeau

I have 2 rooms to let, with a shared bathroom for rent in my house. It’s a terraced house on Jameson St, in very good condition and close to many cafes, bars and restaurants on the Ormeau Road.

The house has gas heating and is currently on card meter. Electricity is on bill pay ( £10 a month atm). Bills will be shared. Using mobile wi-fi at the moment but there is broadband connection in house. The house has all the usual mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine and microwave.
Ideally I am looking for independent mature professionals or mature students who are friendly, tidy and considerate and looking to let for 6+ months.

The 2 existing occupants are male professionals.
