Spacious room(s) to let in house off Upper Ormeau

Double room to let, with a shared bathroom for rent in my house. It’s a terraced house on Jameson St, in very good condition and close to many cafes, bars and restaurants on the Ormeau Road.

The house has gas for heating and hot water. Electricity is on bill pay ( £25 a month atm). Gas bills are on card meter and will be shared. Using mobile wi-fi at the moment but there is broadband connection in house. The house has all the usual mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine with separate dryer and microwave.
Ideally I am looking for independent mature professionals or mature students who are friendly, tidy and considerate and looking to let for 6+ months and ideally for 12 months.

The 2 existing occupants are male and female professionals.
