Spacious house to let in house off Upper Ormeau

Full house to let on Jameson St, in very good condition and close to many cafes, bars and restaurants on the Ormeau Road. Not letting individual rooms separately, so you will need to have a group.

House will be available to view weekend of 28th of June, when tenants move out and ready to move in on 1st of July. Looking to let to professionals or post-graduates.

The house has gas heating and hot water. Electricity is on bill pay atm. Gas bills are on card meter atm. Using mobile wi-fi at the moment but there is broadband connection in house. The house has all the usual mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer and microwave.
Ideally I am looking for independent mature professionals or mature students looking to let for 12 months.
