Templepatrick is a small village but has great travel links (by car or bus) to Belfast City Centre, to the international airport (BFS) and also Antrim town centre. It also has shops, cafes, bars, restaurants , gym, swimming pool and golf course all of 10 min walk from the property.
I offer a double room with en-suite shower room attached. Combined they measure 4.6m by 2.6m. The room was recently refurnished with small ‘ottoman’ double bed ( so loads of storage). Also a desk and chair, smart tv , dvd player and shelves/ hanging for clothes.
En-suite has large ‘luxury’ shower and heated towel rail.
Both have underfloor heating with controls panels for programming to preference.
I can provide bedding and towels and launder them weekly, if needed.
Shared kitchen with dw, wm, cooker, hob, freezer, fridge. All pots & pans, crockery, cutlery , gadgets you need.
Everything is spotlessly clean and modern.
Kitchen leads out to patio and garden.
Property is located in a secure courtyard setting, set back off the main road through Templepatrick. 3 min walk to bus stops. Parking.
Smoking permitted, though only outside.

The boring bit…... I am required by law to ask for sight of paperwork, so please don’t be offended. Passport and if not UK or Irish passport, then of visa.
