Hi I am looking for 2 housemates to rent my 2 spare bedrooms.
Short term let 1-3-6/9 months. Open to longer term.

This home is situated in the Sydenham area, with excellent public transport into Belfast city within 10-15 mins & up to Holywood & the peninsula. 10 mins walk/ 2 mins drive to Belmont eateries and shops and 25 mins walk/ 6 mins drive to Ballyhackamore. Close to 3 parks, Victoria, Millennium & Belmont. It is a short walk to Sydenham Train station, or the 3a bus on Palmerston Rd to IKEA & Sainsbury's & Lidl at Holywood Exchange, or 20 mins walk to Tesco Superstore Knockbreada.

There are 2 bedrooms available in a 4 bedroom, 1 reception room, 3 story new build type townhouse.

The house is warm and cosy, and economical on bills.

It has the shared living space on the ground floor, an entrance hall, living room with with sofas, TV, table, kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, nutri bullet, airfryer, ground floor toilet with coat rail and utilities store with washing machine & separate tumble dryer. The garden has a outside table, chairs, fire pit, ice bath & shed with gardening tools.

On the first floor, Room 1, is a backward facing double bedroom, with memory foam topper and spring mattress bed with divan, overlooking the garden & private carpark. The bedroom has mirrored wardrobes, and double unit drawers, with storage in drawers under the bed too. The shared bathroom is used on the majority by Room 1 occupant (as other bedrooms have ensuites) and on occasion for baths/ showers by the other residents.

Room 2, has a double ottoman bed with under bed storage, with memory foam mattress, full wall to wall mirror wardrobe & large ensuite with storage cabinet & french doors & bay window onto the front of the house in this bedroom.

Both bedrooms have blackout blinds & day light blinds to allow maximum light yet privacy.

The top floor is for the owners use.

This home has 2 adorable cuddly cocapoos who would love to get to know you.
