I am moving out of this room in the middle of the lease and so I am looking for someone to take my place.
The house is situated 30 seconds from the bottom of the Stranmillis road (not the student area), right beside a bus shelter, as well as 3 minutes from the shops and 5 minutes from Cutters Wharf. The street is spacious for parking.
There is one room available. Its a good size bedroom with a double bed in and is in the middle of the house. The house boasts a large open plan kitchen and living space, 3 bathrooms, working fireplace, gas showers/heating and a big garden perfect for BBQs. It keeps the heat well and doesn't cost much for internet and other bills.
Seeking a young professional who is very clean, doesn't mind a social element to the house in the evenings after work while we cook and chat, and who will occasionally join us in the pub or in front of the TV for a couple of hours.
We're unfortunately not looking for undergraduate students or indoor smokers. If you are interested please get in contact to arrange a viewing; flexible viewing times available. The current lease runs until the 31 August 2022 and around May every year the letting agency contacts the tenants to determine if they wish to renew for another year so it is suitable for those looking either for a place for 6 months or longer. I have lived here for 5 years.
